- Amenities: Use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, saunas, and outdoor features is at your own risk. Children must be supervised attimes. Pets are not permitted in pools, hot tubs, and saunas.
- Registered Guests Only:overnight guests — including adults, children, and infants — must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval.
- Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests and are reflected when the guest count is included in the reservation. Stays exceeding this are subject to an additional per-guest, per-day fee, applied for the entire duration of the stay. Guest count changes must be submitted through the platform.
- Rental Agreement: Required forreservations. The agreement is sent after booking and must be completed prior to check-in instructions being provided.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of up to $300 is required for reservations. The deposit is securely authorized through OwnerRez before arrival and released after checkout if no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
- Cleaning: Rates include standard cleaning. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
- Supplies: Starter supplies of towels, linens, toiletries, and paper products are provided based on the number of guests and length of stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request.
